All of the employees were extremly friendly and helpful in any situation without seeming strained. The whole stay was comfortable, relaxing and perfect for us as a family of 4 adults. We got an upgrade to two conected doubles with a small extra entrance area and with a wonderful bathroom for each room. The interior was very classy and in great matching colours. We all loved to stay at The Wall Street Hotel.

Everything was exquisite! From the design to the people working there, all 10 out of 10 - nothing to complain. The room was spacious which is a big plus for NYC hotels, also the bathroom was specious and the shower was just ideal. Everyone working at the hotel was very helpful and extremely nice, room service was fast and the food on point.

the little New York themed items in the room. the special restaurant with incredible food . the super organized gym. every little detail was organized properly and I am in the hospitality industry myself. thank you 🌺

This was an awesome hotel stay. The staff was outstanding from checkin to checkout. The breakfast could have been more exceptional. I would rate the breakfast a 5 out of 10.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel, with super classy and comfortable rooms, great amenities and an incredibly professional and friendly staff all round ! The bathroom is very spacious and modern, one of the best I have experienced in the classiest boutique hotels in Europe. The bed and bedroom furniture overall are high end and ultra comfy. TV connections and all tech in the room are cutting edge. I felt so comfortable that I honestly had to force myself to get up and go explore the city, for real lol. Location is great, at the heart of Wall Street (with the eponimous subway station a heartbeat away), with many sightseeing spots even within walking distance (such as the NYSE, 9.11 Memorial, One World Trade center, the Occulus/Westfield shopping mall, the charging bull, etc.). I had room service quite a few times and the food is French cuisine, fine dining standard yet with plenty in the plate to fill you up. This is definitely the hotel I am booking for my next trip to NY !

We had the best experiences at the Wall Street Hotel. When we arrived, the doorman David greeted us warmly and helped us to apply for a free extension until 1 pm right away when we mentioned our flight time. On the day of our departure, doorman Eddie also helped us check out and move our luggage out smoothly. It was truly a 10/10 experience that I have never experienced in other NYC hotels I stayed at before. Amenities are brand new, the bathroom was spacious. Enjoyed every single bit of our stay!

This hotel is a jewel in the heart of the Financial District. Luxurious yet warm and friendly, the room had everything one could want. Someone has been carefully considering what customers need as, for example, extra drinking glasses, fresh boxed water every day. The hotel has been created by a family and had the warmth of a family. Just superb.

New hotel located in quite area, near subway. We have not seen a more beautiful hotel while walking around the city during 7 days. Very beautiful bar inside the hotel. Edie on the entrance was so friendly and made the impression of the hotel even better, our kids so loved him . Our New Year Eve vacation was great!
